What it's for
Statistics turns the band's events, answers, lineups and setlists into numbers and charts, so you can spot who needs a reminder, which songs never get played and how busy the year was.
When to use it
- You want to know who answers late or not at all.
- You plan a new setlist and look for songs you haven't played for a long time.
- You compare this year with last year.
How to
Permissions and limits
- Statistics needs View members (every default role except Dep / Guest).
- Individual Response rate, Available and Avg. response time of other members are shown only to people with See everyone's availability (Band Admin, Band Manager and Road Manager by default), or to everyone if the band setting Who can see individual availability answers allows it. Others see the band totals and their own numbers.
- Gigs played needs View lineups; the song history needs View songs.
- Only active members are counted.
Examples
Answers come in too late
Sort the table by Avg. response time. Talk to the members at the top, or send a reminder from the event page before the next gig – see Events.
Refreshing the setlist
Check Never played at a gig and the songs whose Last played date is long ago – good candidates for the next rehearsal.
Common mistakes
- Reading a low Gigs played as unreliability – it only counts gigs where the person was in the lineup.
- Expecting songs to count without setlists – a gig without a setlist adds nothing to the song history.
Troubleshooting
- "No songs played at gigs yet" is shown.
- None of your past gigs has a setlist. Attach the setlist to each gig on its event page.
- A member shows "—".
- There were no events in the period they could answer, or you aren't allowed to see that number.
